New Hat Sizes!
Hello fiber friends! It’s been quiet here on the blog but for good reason. I’ve been working on some updates to my patterns. This means going back through previously published hat patterns and making the sizing range bigger. Now you can knit Fynn’s Hat and Addy’s Hat for newborns through adults!

Why Go Back and Retouch Patterns?
This is something that I’ve been wanting to do for a while now but life has been a bit too busy. I’ve had some help recently with the kiddos and so have had the time to invest in my patterns. This gives me the chance to go through and look for typos, combine some of my digital files together, and offer you my friends more options!
My goal is to offer the highest quality of patterns that I possibly can out of respect to your investment of time, energy, and money. This exercise in offering new hat sizes is pushing me to be a better knitter and designer. An art teacher in high school always encouraged me to play with my art and was met with resistance. I’d always get something to a certain point that I’d be afraid any more work or creative play would ruin it.
Why Not Offer Something New Instead?
The good news is that I am workin on new designs as we update these existing ones! And there is a variety to be sure.
I purchased a new Christmas Tree which you know means a new Christmas Tree Skirt Knitting Pattern is brewing. If you have any requests for features be sure to let me know either in the comments here or via email. Grab my most popular pattern here while you wait!
Currently I have retrieved a fingering weight shawl from time out and am chugging away on that project by night. It’s a garter tab cast on and a classic design. I’m really excited about the way this one is turning out. And there’s more where this one came from! I have the yarn in three more colors! You can grab yours now from KnitPicks. This yarn is so nice and I’m really enjoying it.
Expect a flurry of new hat sizes as well. I’ll be updating everything from the Ferryman to the Log Cabin Hat, the Kadence Hat to the Ada!
