Knit Picks Mighty Stitch Yarn Review
The yarn makes a great pattern and Knit Picks Mighty Stitch is beautiful
Earlier in the week, I shared what I’ve got on my needles. It’s a beautiful shawl that I’ll be gifting my mom this June for her birthday. I raved about how beautiful it was. This got me thinking – just why do I love this shawl so much. One of the reasons it looks so beautiful is the yarn, which is Knit Picks Mighty Stitch.
Almost all yarn is beautiful if you ask me, but certain ones stand out for different reasons. Mighty Stitch does so for a few different reasons.
- Luxurious colors that are rich and deep.
- Silky smooth texture that makes it enjoyable to knit with
- Stitch Definition: you can see the texture and the different elements so clearly with this yarn.
Mighty Stitch Colors
From brights like vibrant yellows and pinks, to deep tones like purples and greens, there is a hue for just about everyone in this yarn. The color holds up well over time – which is a feat because this yarn is machine washable.
Hurry up and check out their selection though because they’re phasing some of them out! You can view the yarn here. (Hoping this means that there are some new and exciting options to explore soon!)
Soo Smooth
This yarn from Knit Picks is a blend of superwash wool and acrylic. It’s so soft it feels like silk slipping through your fingers, but without the price tag. I love working with this yarn for the soft texture. Some yarns can be a bit rough on your hands but not this one!
Might Stitch Definition
Maybe it’s the color, or maybe its the fibers themselves, but something about this yarn shows off every single stitch! This means the different textural elements that you add to your patterns will stand out rather than get lost in the mix.
