Free Baby Blankets
Baby Blankets are a joy to knit and they’re even more fun to gift! This coupled with my firm belief that every baby should have a hand knit baby blanket, I offer many of my patterns for free. You’ll find these patterns linked below with short descriptions. One thing to note with my baby blanket patterns: I don’t use lace stitches or cables that will create holes because little fingers can get stuck. I tend to stick with simple stitches that create a beautiful blanket. My yarn suggestions are often synthetic as they make for easier wash and care for parents.
Andalusian Baby Blanket:

The Andalusian baby blanket uses strategically placed purl stitches to create a delicate texture and a beautiful baby blanket. This blanket’s border also uses knit and purls to create a durable yet soft frame for this stitch. If you are looking for a quick blanket or an easy pattern this is a great free option for you.

Simple Dish Towel Pattern

My first of two free dish towel patterns. These are great for cotton yarns that are absorbent. The first is a simple seed stitch pattern with a garter stitch border. If you are practicing knits and purls and want a short and sweet project, this is it! You can switch it up, play with colors and make it your own.
Linen Stitch Dish Towel Pattern

I love the look of the linen stitch. It’s a sophisticated little stitch that isn’t super complicated. In this dishtowel you’ll get it mastered and get a quick project that you can use every day. This yarn holds up and feels great. I like dish towels so much I plan to make some more for this new house!
Hand Towel:

Do you want a dreamy soft hand towel for your bathroom that can handle the work load? I love this towel. I’ve knitted a few and given them as gifts – they’re a great pattern. You knit this towel on the bias, or diagonally, adding and/or removing stitches as you go.
Home Goods
Pillow Cases:

I went through a period where I couldn’t find a quality pillow case that I liked. As the knitter that I am, I whipped up a few of my own with some of my favorite chunky braids. Now you can too! And for free!
